Shipping within New Zealand:
- All orders are shipped using New Zealand Post Tracked or Courier Services
- Shipping is free New Zealand Wide as this price is included in the total sale price
- All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 7 business days once the payment has been confirmed via PayPal.
- You will receive an email on the day of shipping to let you know that your order is on it’s way.
- Expected delivery times are specified by NZ Post, but this is typically 1-3 working days for both the North and 5-7 days for the South Island.

General shipping information:
- Products are shipped to the address provided in your Paypal payment portal. Please check the email address provided is correct before purchasing. If the package is returned to sender and needs re-posting, the customer is responsible for the additional postage costs.
- Your order will be posted either as a tracked or couriered. Typically parcels over the value of $250 will be couriered, as per the New Zealand Post delivery service. If you would prefer a courier & signature, this generally costs an additional $5 and can be arranged at your request.
- If you have not received your item within a week of receiving email confirmation of shipping, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can follow up with New Zealand Post. Claims for lost items can be within 21 days, as per NZ Post.
- Damaged items may be covered by New Zealand post and claims can be made within a maximum of 10 days of your delivery as per NZ Post. Note that every effort is made to package your purchase securely.
