Shipping within New Zealand:

- All orders are shipped using New Zealand Post or a reputable Courier Service
- All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 7 business days once the payment has been confirmed via PayPal.
- You will receive an email on the day of shipping to let you know that your order is on it’s way along with a tracking number.
- Expected delivery times vary, however expect your piece to arrive within 5-7 working days once posted.

General shipping information:
- Products are shipped to the address provided in your Paypal payment portal. Please check the email address provided is correct before purchasing. If the package is returned to sender and needs re-posting, the customer is responsible for the additional postage costs.
- Your order will be posted either as a tracked or couriered. Typically parcels over the value of $250 will be couriered, as per the New Zealand Post delivery service. If you would prefer a courier & signature, this generally costs an additional $15 and can be arranged at your request.
- If you have not received your item within a week of receiving email confirmation of shipping, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can follow up with the courier service. Claims for lost items can be within 14 to 21 days.
- Damaged items may be covered by New Zealand post or courier service. Claims must be made asap, so please do contact me immediately if you have any issues. Late claims may be declined by the courier service.
